作者采用了比较接近纺机锭杆锭底的弧环式模拟磨损试验方法进行了试验。试验结果求得了不同材料、不同磨削烧伤程度(不同表面硬度)、已注入和未注入离子的试件正常磨损阶段的磨损速率。建立了三种相对耐磨性的概念,并据此对各类试件进行了耐磨性能的评比、作者还通过TEM、SEM、EED、AES等表面分析方法,探讨了离子注入提高耐磨性的机理。
The authors used an arc-like simulated wear test that was closer to the ingot spindle of a textile machine. The test results obtained the wear rate of different materials, different degree of grinding burns (different surface hardness), normal wear stage of the test pieces with or without ion implantation. The concept of relative wear resistance was established and the wear resistance of all kinds of specimens was evaluated accordingly. The author also studied the effects of ion implantation on the wear resistance by using surface analysis methods such as TEM, SEM, EED and AES The mechanism.
