对润滑油基础油络合─白土精制进行了试验研究,考察了白土精制温度、白土用量、精制时间及络合剂用量对精制油碱氮脱除率的影响。研究发现:白土的酸量是影响精制油碱氮脱除率的主要因素之一,炼厂可以选择酸量较高的白土,以提高精制油的质量;络合─白土补充精制所得的精制油颜色好、氧化安定性好、酸值低。
The lubricating oil base oil complex - white clay refining were studied. The effects of refining temperature of white clay, clay dosage, refining time and complexing agent dosage on the removal rate of alkali nitrogen were investigated. It is found that the amount of acid in clay is one of the main factors that affect the removal rate of refined alkali and nitrogen. The refinery can choose clay with higher acidity to improve the quality of refined oil. The refined oil Good color, good oxidation stability, low acid value.
