电大实施开放教育试点已有六年,六年来其规模不断壮大,但随之而来的是人们对其质量的关注。所以能否保证教育教学的质量,事关试点的成败及电大今后的发展方向。而这个质量的关键,是各学习中心的学习质量,尤其是教师的教学过程是否科学有效,是否真正满足了学生的需求,培养了学生的能力。这方面又是许多地方电大相对薄弱的环节。所以本文就地方电大的课程辅导教师的职责及对其教学过程的质量测评方面加以探讨论述。
It has been six years since the Pilot Program for Open Education was implemented in RTVU, and its size has been growing in the past six years. However, people are paying more attention to its quality. Therefore, whether the quality of education and teaching can be guaranteed depends on the success or failure of the pilot project and the future development direction of the TVU. And the key of this quality is the learning quality of all learning centers, especially whether teachers’ teaching process is scientific and effective, whether they truly meet the needs of students and cultivate their abilities. This area is also a relatively weak link in many places. Therefore, this article discusses the responsibility of local TV University’s curriculum tutors and the quality evaluation of their teaching process.
