螺杆化学磨削是我厂在原有电解磨削基础上向北京兄弟单位学习后搞成的一项新工艺。但尚欠成熟,仍有进一步探讨的必要。螺杆化学磨削是用大量特制化学溶液,喷射在砂轮与工件之间,以维持大切削量,加工塑料挤出机螺杆螺槽的方法。两年多来,已用此新工艺加工螺杆几百根。实践证明,它比一般磨削加工的效果高2～3倍,且质量稳定,劳动强度有显著下降,是一种值得深入研究的新工艺。
Screw chemical grinding is our factory in the original electrolytic grinding based on the study of Beijing Brothers units into a new technology. However, due to lack of maturity, there is still a need for further discussion. Screw chemical grinding is the use of a large number of special chemical solution, jet between the wheel and the workpiece, in order to maintain a large amount of cutting, plastic screw extruder screw slot method. Practice has proved that it is 2 to 3 times higher than the average grinding effect, and the quality is stable, labor intensity decreased significantly, is a new technology worthy of further study.
