结合施工现场实例,对现浇预应力混凝土箱梁锚后崩裂进行了原因分析,介绍了加固处理方案,并根据工程实际情况提出了控制措施。按照上述施工方案进行处理,新加固混凝土达到强度后再次进行张拉后,没有出现问题,锚垫板良好。施工过程中采用千分表进行监控量测表明,加固措施较成功。工程的顺利进行,确保了铁路及公路的正常安全运营。
Combined with the example of construction site, the reasons for the post-mortem crack of cast-in-place prestressed concrete box girder are analyzed, the reinforcement treatment scheme is introduced, and the control measures are put forward according to the actual situation of the project. In accordance with the above construction program for processing, the new reinforced concrete strength again after the tension, there is no problem, the anchor plate is good. The use of dial indicator during construction monitoring measurements show that the reinforcement measures more successful. The smooth progress of the project has ensured the normal and safe operation of railways and highways.
