对比研究了银杏叶提取物(EGB)、猴头菌转化EGB的产物、猴头菌发酵液、猴头菌发酵液中添加EGB以及二甲双胍等对四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病模型小鼠血糖水平的影响。将四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病模型小鼠分组给样,考察各组样品对各组小鼠的血糖、血脂、果糖胺(FA)以及超氧化歧化酶(SOD)水平等指标的影响。结果表明:相对于其他组别,猴头菌转化银杏叶提取物的转化产物能显著降低糖尿病模型小鼠的血脂、血糖和FA水平,能有效提高SOD酶活和增加模型小鼠的体重。表明猴头菌转化银杏叶提取物的转化产物的降血糖能力得到了明显提高。本项研究为寻求新的中药防治糖尿病的方法,改善和提高中药药效具有参考价值。
The effects of Ginkgo biloba extract (EGB), Hericium erinaceus transformed EGB product, Hericium erinaceus fermentation broth, Hericium erinaceus fermentation broth supplemented with EGB and Metformin on the blood glucose level of alloxan-induced diabetic model mice were studied. . The results showed that compared with other groups, the transformation product of G. biloba extract transformed by Hericium erinaceus can significantly reduce the blood lipid, blood glucose and FA levels in diabetic model mice, and can effectively increase SOD enzyme activity and increase the weight of model mice. It was shown that the hypoglycemic ability of the transformed product of G. biloba extract transformed by Hericium erinaceus was significantly improved. This study has a reference value for the search for new methods for the prevention and treatment of diabetes by traditional Chinese medicine, and for improving and improving the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.
