目的:应用高效液相色谱法测定癃闭舒片(LBSP)中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量。方法:C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),甲醇-0.02 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾水溶液(45∶55)为流动相,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长246 nm。结果:补骨脂素在0.144 0～0.720 0μg进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为99.16%,RSD1.21%(n=6);异补骨脂素在0.136 2～0.681 0μg进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为98.52%,RSD 1.58%(n=6)。结论:该方法测定结果准确、灵敏、重复性好。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of psoralen and isopsoralen in Shuanfu Shu tablet (LBSP) by HPLC. METHODS: C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) and methanol-0.02 mol·L-1 aqueous potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (45:55) were used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 with a detection wavelength of 246 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the injection volume of psoralen in the range of 0.144 0 ~ 0.720 0 μg and the peak area (r = 0.999 8), the average recovery was 99.16% and RSD was 1.21% (n = 6) Psoralen showed a good linearity (r = 0.999 8) between the injection volume of 0.136 2 ~ 0.681 μg and the peak area, with an average recovery of 98.52% and RSD 1.58% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is accurate, sensitive and reproducible.
