一、问题的提出我馆自1986年12月开始接待读者以来,至今已有5年多了。虽然我们能吸引千千万万的读者进馆借阅图书、报刊资料。在“读者第一、服务至上”的服务宗旨指导下,我部人员为做好读者服务工作,花了不少心血,想出了很多办法,为了进一步扩大读者的借阅面,我们曾经走出馆门为伤残人服务,为在监狱工作的干警及犯人服务;与此同时也举办过各种专题讲座和大型的综合性咨询服务日等等。以上各项活动,虽然受到各界人士的好评,但我们不满足所取得的成效,开拓创新已成为我部人员
