针对水坝工程建设影响库区生态环境的问题,以大伙房水库为例,将模糊层次分析法运用到水库生态补偿措施相对重要性的研究中,应用9个语气算子和定量标度相对隶属度的关系对各项生态补偿措施在整个补偿工程中所占权重进行了排序,并对计算结果进行了分析。结果表明,模糊层次分析法改进了传统层次分析法判断矩阵存在一致性不易检验和构造主观性强等缺点,对大伙房水库生态补偿措施综合重要度权重分配合理,为水库的生态环境补偿工作提供了决策支持。
Aiming at the problem that the dam construction affects the ecological environment of the reservoir area, taking the Damufang Reservoir as an example, the fuzzy AHP is applied to the relative importance of reservoir ecological compensation measures.
