中国学前教育的发展受到人口和经济两大因素的制约。经济的发展、国力的增强需要一个过程,而儿童的教育和成长是不能等待的。因而,在积极发展正规化的学前教育的同时,发展非正规化的学前教育已成为当前的急切任务。我们“学前儿童多种保教形式”课题组,从江苏省的实际出发,积极探索了以幼儿园为核心的多种学前儿童保教形式,以便在学前1~2年教育已基本解决的地区,能通过非正规形式让散居幼儿有机会受到一定程度的学前教育。一、让更多的学前儿童受到不同程度的教育
