8月14日,“西安感应通信技术研究设计开发中心”成立大会在西安隆重召开。来自铁道部、陕西省科委、西安市科协、郑州铁路局、西安铁路分局以及各有关科研院所的领导、专家、教授和工程技术人员等近百人出席了会议。郑州局副总工程师刘新周代表路局宣布了由郑州局批复的关于成立“西安感应通信技术研究设计开发中心”的决定。铁道部电务局局长彭朋、郑州局副局长乔金州向“感应中心”授牌,并发表了重要讲话。中铁通信中心总经理胡耀华、陕西省邮电管理局副局长刘法忍等领导及专家也就“感应中心”的成立及今后的发展做了重要讲话。感应通信技术是针对山区电气化铁路区段无线通信盲区的难题,利用接触网作波导线的感应通信模式,实现站车良好通信的先进技术。经过西安铁路科研所研究人员长期的不懈努力和艰苦工作,终于使感应无线列调作为一种新制式在铁路运输中应用成功,填补了国内空白,并基本达到国外同类无线通信系统技术水平。感应通信设备与常规的无线通信方式相比,具有简单可靠、易维修、低造价、通信无死点等优势,适合我国的国情和路情,受到了

Induction communication technology is aiming at the problem of blind area of wireless communication in the mountain electrified railway section. It uses the contact network as the inductive communication mode of the waveguide to realize the advanced technology of good communication between the station and the car. After long-term unremitting efforts and hard work, researchers of Xi’an Railway Research Institute finally succeeded in using induction wireless alignment as a new standard in railway transportation, filling the gap in China and basically reaching the technical level of similar foreign wireless communication systems.
