法国地质矿业研究局矿物工艺部主任巴贝利工程师随同法国有色金属代表团来我国访问。于1979年3月30日上午及4月2日下午来到北京矿冶研究院参观、并作了有关矿物的物质组成及浮选研究的报告。以下介绍的是浮选研究部分。法国地质矿业局作了许多关于浮选的研究工作,其中大部分属于基础理论方面,理论研究工作量约为全部工作量的15~20%左右,其目的是为了革新浮选技术。如螯合剂,用于铜、铅、锌选矿方面,有关文章已在11届国际选矿会议上发表。此外,还研究了选择性絮凝、新的水溶性聚合剂、纤维素黄酸盐(用于选氧化铜和硅孔雀石等方面)。该局在研究矿物表面与捕收剂相互作用的工作分为
