本文讨论了美国路易斯安那州大学1984年甘蔗亲本品种的光周期诱导。经六种不同的光周期处理,97个亲本品种有93个抽穗开花,其中80%的品种抽穗开花时间集中在三周内,有利于杂交组合的选配。这些结果说明温带地区通过人工控制环境条件,可以顺利开展甘蔗的有性杂交育种,对我国闽浙赣云贵川等甘蔗产区的新品种选育有参考价值。
This article discusses the photo-period induction of the 1984 sugarcane parental strain at the University of Louisiana, U.S.A. After six different photoperiod treatments, 93 of the 97 parents had heading and flowering, of which 80% had the heading and flowering time within three weeks, which was in favor of the matching of the hybrid combinations. These results indicate that temperate regions can carry out the sexual cross breeding of sugarcane through artificial control of environmental conditions and have reference value for breeding new varieties of sugarcane producing areas such as Yunnan, Guizhou, Guizhou and Guizhou.
