针对通钢FTSC(Flexible Thin Slab Caster)薄板坯连铸生产1250mm×72mm断面SS400铸坯产生中间裂纹的问题,通过研究分析铸坯金相组织和探讨薄板坯产生中间裂纹的原因,优化扇形段压下终点、扇形段入口出口压下量、二冷水给水模式及更换辊子不转的扇形段、清理氧化铁皮,降低夹持辊扭矩等控制措施,使1250mm×72mm断面SS400铸坯产生中间裂纹的缺陷得到有效控制。
