针对目前液压缸设计计算过程重复繁琐的问题,提出了一种Creo二次开发实现液压缸参数化设计的方法。通过液压缸设计需求分析,确定设计流程,利用Creo提供的VB API接口,开发了基于Creo的液压缸参数化设计系统。系统通过选定液压缸三维模型,设置结构参数,可快速实现液压缸的参数化设计,大幅度提高液压机油缸的设计效率,为液压缸的标准化、系列化设计提供了有力保障。
Aiming at the problem of complicated design and calculation of hydraulic cylinder, a method of parameterized design of hydraulic cylinder based on Creo secondary development is proposed. Through the hydraulic cylinder design requirements analysis, determine the design process, the use of Creo VB API interface, the development of Creo-based hydraulic cylinder parametric design system. By selecting the 3D model of the hydraulic cylinder and setting the structural parameters, the system can quickly realize the parametric design of the hydraulic cylinder, greatly improve the design efficiency of the hydraulic cylinder, and provide a powerful guarantee for the standardization and series design of the hydraulic cylinder.
