随着高精度机床发展,对机床主轴可靠性要求越来越高。利用加速寿命试验对机床主轴可靠性寿命评估正在成为研究热点,如何提高其评估精度是一个非常重要的问题。根据机床主轴的可靠性寿命服从Weibull分布特性,利用贝叶斯(Bayes)方法对机床主轴进行加速寿命可靠性研究,由于加速寿命试验载荷环境与实际工作载荷环境存在一定差异,提出了在Bayes理论中引入环境差异因子的方法对机床主轴可靠性分析计算,获得更高的可靠性寿命评估精度。通过Monte-Carlo方法仿真与实验研究,验证了该方法对机床主轴可靠性评估的准确性和有效性,为提高主轴可靠性寿命提供了理论基础和解决办法。
With the development of high-precision machine tools, the reliability of the machine tool spindle is getting higher and higher. The use of accelerated life test on the reliability of machine tool spindle life assessment is becoming a research hot spot, how to improve the accuracy of its assessment is a very important issue. According to the reliability life span of machine tool spindle obeys Weibull distribution characteristic, Bayesian method is used to study the reliability of accelerated life of machine tool spindle. Due to the difference between accelerated life test load environment and actual working load environment, In the introduction of environmental differences in the method of analysis of the reliability of the machine tool spindle to obtain a higher reliability of life assessment accuracy. Through the Monte-Carlo simulation and experimental research, the accuracy and validity of this method for the reliability evaluation of the spindle of the machine tool are verified, which provides a theoretical basis and solutions for improving the reliability life of the spindle.
