本文研究了在原子吸收法中以十二烷基硫酸钠(SLS)及卡基三甲基氯化铵(BTAC)为混合表面活性剂测定 Cr(V1)的增感效应,其高达55.46%,特征浓度提高40.3%,工作曲线展宽到0—12μg/ml.混合表面活性剂抑制共存离子干扰作用明显.拟定的方法相对标准偏差0.95%,回收率97.2%-102.8%.
In this paper, the sensitizing effect of Cr (Vl) on the atomic absorption spectrometry was investigated by using sodium dodecyl sulfate (SLS) and tricarballyl trimethylammonium chloride (BTAC) The characteristic concentration was increased by 40.3% and the working curve was broadened to 0-12μg / ml. The mixed surfactant inhibited the interference of coexisting ions significantly. The relative standard deviation of the proposed method was 0.95% and the recovery rate was 97.2% -102.8%.
