目的研究野核桃Juglans cathayensis叶的化学成分。方法使用多种柱色谱技术对野核桃叶95%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化常数和波谱数据对化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果共鉴定出21个单体化合物,分别为2-(n-octacosanoxy)ethanol(1)、(+)-galeon(2)、jugcathnin A(3)、2-乙氧基胡桃醌(4)、山柰酚(5)、山柰酚-3-O-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、槲皮素-3-O-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、6,7-二羟基香豆素(8)、Z-P-coumaryl-hexacosanoate(9)、香草酸(10)、咖啡酸(11)、邻苯二甲酸(12)、二十四烷酸(13)、二十八烷醇(14)、十六烷酸-α-单甘油酯(15)、二十九烷醇(16)、二十五烷醇(17)、硬脂酸(18)、软脂酸(19)、β-谷甾醇(20)、β-胡萝卜苷(21)。结论化合物1为新化合物,化合物2~21均为首次从野核桃叶中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of wild Juglans cathayensis leaves. Methods A variety of column chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the 95% ethanol extract of wild walnut leaves. The structures of the compounds were identified based on physico-chemical constants and spectral data. Results A total of 21 monomer compounds were identified as 2- (n-octacosanoxy) ethanol (1), (+) - galeon (2), jugcathnin A (3) (5), kaempferol-3-O-glucopyranoside (6), quercetin-3-O-glucopyranoside (7), 6,7-dihydroxycoumarin ), ZP-coumaryl-hexacosanoate (9), vanillic acid (10), caffeic acid (11), phthalic acid (12), tetracosanoic acid (13), octacosanol Α-monoglyceride (15), nonacosanol (16), pentacosanol (17), stearic acid (18), palmitic acid (19), β-sitosterol 20), beta-daucosterin (21). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound, and compounds 2-21 are isolated from wild walnut leaf for the first time.
