我公司(国营九九九厂),1993年底作为江西省首批现代企业制度试点单位,改制为“景华电子有限责任公司”。由于运行机制和经营方式的转轨,员工思想观念出现了较大的变化。作为计划经济模式下产生的企业技工学校,无庸讳言,原来除了为本企业培养技术工人这一主要目的外,尚带有“职工福利”(通过内招解决子女就业)因素。用工制度的改革,企业逐步甩掉“社会化”包袱,企业包办技校一切,已不再现实。在新形势下,企业技校工作出现了一些新情况,遇到了一些新问题,传统的办学思路和办学模式受到冲击。

Under the new situation, there have been some new situations in the work of technical schools of enterprises and some new problems have been encountered. The traditional ideas of running schools and modes of running schools have been hit hard.
