体育教学组织是指体育教师,根据体育教学特点、教学任务、内容等实际情况,对学生、场地器材进行合理安排时所采用的措施。由于体育教学是一项比较复杂和细微的工作,是具有高度组织艺术的教学过程,其教学组织是否严谨、合理,直接影响教学效果。特别是在我区学生年龄普遍偏大、且渗差不齐,大多男女混合上课,人数多,场地普遍狭小,器材不足,因此,努力提高教师的教学组织能力就显得特别重要。体育教学组织的内容主要有:体育教学常规,队列、体操队形的运用,分组教学,场地器材的布置,以及体育干部的培养和使用等。
Physical education teaching organization refers to the physical education teachers, according to the characteristics of physical education, teaching tasks, content and other actual conditions, students, venues and equipment to make reasonable arrangements for the measures taken. Because PE teaching is a relatively complicated and subtle work, it is a teaching process with a high degree of organized art. Its teaching organization is rigorous and reasonable, and it has a direct impact on teaching effectiveness. Especially in our region, students are generally older and their infiltration is uneven. Most men and women are mixed in classes, with large numbers of people and small venues. Therefore, it is especially important to strive to improve the teaching and learning ability of teachers. Physical education teaching organizations are: physical education teaching routine, the use of queue, gymnastics team formation, group teaching, venue equipment layout, as well as the training and use of sports cadres.
