我厂发扬“自力更生、艰苦奋斗”的革命精神,以材料来源立足于地方的原则,用地方焦铁生产稀土镁球铁,试制与生产了汽车传动轴。万向节叉采用稀土镁球铁(QT40-10)代替45~#锻钢件,钢管为15~#无缝钢管;由于稀土镁球铁可焊性差,因此,万向节叉和15~#钢管的焊接便成为生产中的关键问题。以前曾采用低合金高强度“结606”焊条,焊缝根部存在严重的裂纹和未焊透等缺陷。为了消除焊缝根部裂纹,曾采取了一系列工艺措施,但未得到根除,为此,我们进行了一系列试验,重新选择合适的焊条。试
