本文测定了与维生素A酸结构相似的芳香类化合物Temarotene(Ro15)及其代谢产物Ro14在体外对人周围血淋巴细胞的免疫抑制和免疫刺激活性,并与临床有效浓度的免疫调节剂环孢菌素(CsA)相比较。试验结果表明:高浓度(3×10~(-5)M)的Ro15可以抑制致丝裂素PHA诱导的T细胞增殖,同浓度的Ro14能完全抑制T细胞增殖,用浓度分别低1000~100倍的CsA也有几乎相同的抑制作用,而对照物DMSO在相应浓度时无抑制作用;3.2×10~(-5)M的Ro15能抑制
In this paper, we measured the immunosuppressive and immunostimulatory activity of aromatic compound Temarotene (Ro15) and its metabolite Ro14, which are similar in structure to vitamin A acid, on human peripheral blood lymphocytes in vitro and compared with the clinically effective concentration of immunomodulator Cyclospora (CsA) compared. The results showed that Ro15 at high concentration (3 × 10 ~ (-5) M) could inhibit PHA-induced proliferation of T cells. The same concentration of Ro14 could completely inhibit the proliferation of T cells. The doubling CsA also had almost the same inhibitory effect, while the control DMSO had no inhibitory effect at the corresponding concentrations; Ro15 at 3.2 × 10 -5 M suppressed
