采用五氧化二铌为原料,铝粉作为还原剂,通过改进装料方式,在三氧化二铝衬里的敞开反应器内,实现了直接室温点火还原。研究了还原剂过量系数、炉料发热量、还原规模对金属产率的影响。当每炉装料1kg、采用铝过量15%、炉料发热量为272×10~4J/kg时,金属产率高达98.5%。
Using niobium pentoxide as raw material and aluminum powder as reductant, direct room temperature ignition reduction was realized in an aluminum oxide lined open reactor by improving loading method. The effects of reductant excess coefficient, charge heating and reduction scale on metal yield were studied. When the charge of 1kg per furnace, using 15% excess aluminum, the charge heat of 272 × 10 ~ 4J / kg, the metal yield as high as 98.5%.
