【目的】研究喷施褪黑素对蔬菜生长及镉积累的影响。【方法】采用盆栽试验,研究了镉胁迫下,通过喷施不同浓度褪黑素(0,50,100,150,200μmol/L)对萝卜的生长及镉积累情况的影响。【结果】外源褪黑素处理促进了萝卜的生长,增加了萝卜的生物量。同时,外源褪黑素也提高了萝卜叶片的抗氧化酶(POD、CAT和SOD)活性,增加了萝卜叶片的可溶性蛋白含量和叶绿素含量,且随着褪黑素浓度的增加,这些指标均呈现先增加后降低的趋势,最大值均出现在褪黑素浓度为100μmol/L。在不同浓度褪黑素的处理中,50μmol/L和200μmol/L的褪黑素提高了萝卜根系、块根、叶片和可食用部分的镉含量,而100μmol/L和150μmol/L的褪黑素则降低了萝卜这些器官的镉含量。当褪黑素浓度为100μmol/L时,萝卜根系、块根、叶片和可食用部分的镉含量分别较对照的降低幅度最大,分别降低了7.81%、20.00%、27.45%和31.43%。【结论】褪黑素能够促进镉胁迫下萝卜的生长,且中等浓度的褪黑素能够降低萝卜对镉的积累。在所设褪黑素浓度中,以100μmol/L的处理效果最佳。
