烧结矿碱度对高炉的顺行起着重要的作用,碱度的波动直接影响炼铁生产。本文书介绍武钢烧结广为改善烧结矿质量,于1993年对二烧烧结矿碱度稳定率所进抒的攻关情况,针对影响烧结矿碱度稳定率的诸因素,在二烧配置了较为先进的超声波料位仪、配料秤断科报警装置及校秤装置,以合理控制返矿槽料住和确保配料秤精度。同时还根据二烧用料情况,利用所编计算机程序优化配料。此外,采取了强化工序质量管理和配料电子秤维护等管理措施。经过近一年的攻关,二烧烧结矿碱度稳定率有了较大幅度的提高,为高炉生产提高产量、降低焦比创造了较好的条件。
