随着科技水平的飞速发展,人们思想的转变以及政府政策支持等等,在社会掀起了全民创业、自主创业的高潮,这不仅增加了就业,缓解了就业压力,还进一步推动了市场经济的良性发展。但是,自主创业并不是简单的事情,而是一件牵扯众多领域和人员的复杂的事情,尤其是在市场竞争日益激烈的当今社会,初创型企业比早已成熟的企业面临更多的挑战和困难。人才作为企业发展的动力,人力资源管理水平的高低直接会影响企业的良性发展和长远利益,因而,初创型企业必须加大力度提升人力资源管理水平和创新管理模式。本文结合初创型企业人力资源管理的模式现状以及存在的不足之处,发表自己的看法和观点,从而更好的推动人力资源管理的改革和创新。
With the rapid development of science and technology, the change of people’s thinking and government policy support, etc., a climax of universal entrepreneurship and self-employment has been set in the society. This not only increases employment, alleviates employment pressure, and further promotes the healthy market economy development of. However, starting an own business is not a simple matter. It is a complicated matter involving many fields and personnel. Especially in today’s market where market competition is increasingly fierce, start-ups face more challenges and difficulties than those that have already matured . Talent as a driving force for enterprise development, the level of human resources management will directly affect the healthy development of enterprises and long-term interests, therefore, start-up companies must step up efforts to improve the level of human resources management and innovative management. This article combines the present situation of human resource management mode and the existing shortcomings of start-up type enterprise, and puts forward my own opinions and opinions so as to better promote the reform and innovation of human resource management.
