混凝土泵送施工中,泵车液压缸活塞密封效果将会直接影响混凝土泵送效率。液压缸活塞运动行程与混凝土缸活塞行程是一致的。液压缸活塞密封不良产生压力油内泄漏,将导致混凝土缸活塞行程减短,使泵送效率降低。因此,泵车液压缸活塞的密封,除对液压缸材料及密封件提出要求外,还应对密封件的结合形式提出要求。据国外资料记载动密封件的密封效果,即泄漏量主要取决于密封的结构形状和作用在密封圈面上的压力分布。近年来,参考引进泵车的技术,结合我国自行设计制造的泵车,先后试制了几种液压缸活塞密封圈形式,现介绍如下:
In the concrete pumping construction, the piston seal effect of the pump cylinder will directly affect the concrete pumping efficiency. The movement stroke of the hydraulic cylinder piston is the same as the piston stroke of the concrete cylinder. Poor seal of the hydraulic cylinder causes leakage in the pressure oil, which will cause the piston stroke of the concrete cylinder to be shortened, thus reducing the pumping efficiency. Therefore, in addition to the requirements for hydraulic cylinder materials and seals, the seals of the pistons of the hydraulic cylinders of the pump trucks also require the combination of the seals. According to foreign data, the sealing effect of dynamic seals, that is, the amount of leakage depends mainly on the structural shape of the seal and the pressure distribution on the surface of the seal ring. In recent years, with reference to the introduction of pump truck technology, combined with China’s own design and manufacture of pump trucks, several hydraulic cylinder piston seals have been trial-produced.
