目的:探讨急慢性精神分裂症患者脑部供血状况的变化。方法采用超声多普勒对急、慢性精神分裂症患者(急性组和慢性组各35例)和正常人(对照组20名)的脑部供血状况进行检测分析,比较不同位置的血管脉动指数及血管阻力指数。结果慢性组在大脑前动脉、大脑中动脉、大脑后动脉、双侧椎动脉、小脑后下动脉及基底动脉血流参数显著高于急性组及对照组(P<0.05或0.01),右侧大脑半球更加明显(P<0.01)。急性组大脑中动脉、大脑后动脉右侧血管脉动指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论慢性精神分裂症患者脑血流表现为高灌注状态,血管阻力偏高,以右侧大脑半球更加明显。“,”Objective To explore the changes of brain blood‐supply status in acute and chronic schizophre‐nia patients .Methods Detections and analyses were carried out using Doppler ultrasonography in acute and chronic schizophrenics (acute and chronic group of 35 ones each) and health adults (control group ,n=20) ,pulsatility indexes (PI) and resistant indexes (RI) of different positions compared .Results Blood flow parameters of anterior cerebral artery ,middle cerebral artery ,posterior cerebral artery ,bilateral ver‐tebral artery ,posterior inferior cerebellar artery and basilar artery were significantly higher in chronic than in acute and control group (P< 0 .05 or 0 .01) ,especially in right cerebral hemisphere (P< 0 .01) .Pulsa‐tility indexes of right middle and posterior cerebral artery were significantly higher in acute than in control group (P< 0 .05 or 0 .01) .Conclusion Cerebral blood flow of chronic schizophrenic manifests hypertrans‐fusion state and vascular resistance is higher ,especially in right cerebral hemisphere .
