支气管哮喘是多种细胞参与的一种小儿常见的慢性呼吸道炎症性疾病。最近研究表明 ,肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞 (AT Ⅱ )不仅是支气管哮喘发病过程中的受累细胞 ,也是重要的参与细胞之一。其可合成和分泌肺泡表面活性物质 (PS)、细胞因子、黏附分子和炎症介质而参与哮喘气道慢性炎症过程的发生和气道反应性增高的改变。本文就AT Ⅱ与哮喘关系作一综述 ,以提高对哮喘气道炎症状态的认识 ,促进对哮喘发病机制的研究。
Bronchial asthma is a common childhood chronic respiratory inflammatory disease involving many cells. Recent studies show that alveolar type II epithelial cells (AT Ⅱ) are not only involved in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma, but also one of the important involved cells. It can synthesize and secrete alveolar surfactant (PS), cytokines, adhesion molecules and inflammatory mediators involved in the pathogenesis of chronic airway inflammation in asthma and airway hyperresponsiveness. This article reviews the relationship between AT Ⅱ and asthma in order to improve the understanding of the state of asthma airway inflammation and promote the study of the pathogenesis of asthma.
