通过远程教育的市场创新和经营变革,凸现高等教育突变即破坏性创新的方式、表现、价值和意义。由于对破坏性创新认识不足,被持续性创新观念垄断,产生种种怪象。文章提出颠覆性概念,如过度教育不是质量高而是浪费,低端的“价值点选择性发展”带来特色品牌,颠覆对远程教育“低端性”的望文生义,颠覆持续性创新片面的价值观,颠覆补偿教育唯一论,颠覆对英国开放大学持续性创新的误读,批判持续性创新主体精英理性的逐利本质以颠覆其话语霸权,提出高扬大众理性、市场理性,协调两类创新,描画低端细分市场走向高端大市场,价值点选择性发展、价值网络格局优化和互补性深度合作等思路和对策。
Through the market innovation and management reform of distance education, it highlights the ways, manifestations, values and significance of the mutation of higher education, that is, disruptive innovation.
