所谓内衬法是指将由高耐腐蚀性的聚氯乙烯和合成粘合材料制成的复合软筒置入待修钢管内壁,经加温、加压使其与管内壁牢固粘结成为一体,其优越性为: (1)彻底解决了旧管道的修复和再生问题。复合内衬与管壁牢固地粘接,不但可提高管道耐腐蚀性能,而且由于复合内衬材料本身具有的高强度(抗张强度 50~80MPa)对受损的管壁也起到了结构增强作用。在DN219管道上做试验,在45m受试管段上,分三处人工开孔,直径为3mm。置入内衬后,固化72h,作水压试验,在20MPa的高压下,小孔仍未漏水,证明该复合内衬筒具有极好的增加作用。
