运用问卷调查、文献资料、数理统计等方法对黑龙江省2所高级中学的中学生体育课心理动机和行为进行调研分析.结论:大多数中学生很愿意上体育课,而且很愿意看体育比赛、都不觉得上体育课是一中负担,对现在的体育课的上课内容很满意,绝大部分中学生认为体育活动能使自己变得更加强壮,中学生希望上体育课能看一些比赛,当情绪不好或紧张时,中学生大部分可以常常通过体育活动来调节,而且在体育比赛中,大部分同学常常能做到与同学在一起,为本班或者集体的胜利而共同努力,即使学校没有好的体育场地和器材,也会想办法因地制宜地进行体育锻炼.
