目的:研究金属离子Eu3+,Mn2+和连翘酯苷的配位作用。方法:用荧光光谱法,通过分析连翘酯苷与金属离子作用后荧光的变化来考察它们之间的配位作用。结果和结论:Eu3+与连翘酯苷在水溶液中形成1∶1的络合物,Mn2+不与其形成络合物。
Objective: To study the coordination of metal ions Eu3+, Mn2+ and Forsythiaside. METHODS: Fluorescence spectroscopy was used to investigate the coordination between forsythiaside and metal ions after their interaction with fluorescence. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Eu3+ and Forsythiaside form a 1:1 complex in aqueous solution, and Mn2+ does not form a complex with it.
