本文报告了西宁、沱沱河两地健康人、高山病人及慢性阻塞性肺部疾患者ACE的变化,同时对部分健康人运动前后ACE的变化也进行了比较。结果:西宁、沱沱河ACE的正常值分别为40.45±11.37u和34.56±10.18u,两组之间有显著差异(P<0.05)。病人组的ACE与正常组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。运动负荷试验后ACE的活性明显升高。一例高原肺水肿者的ACE显著低于正常组。本结果提示:高海拔地区人体ACE的正常值比平原地区或低海拔地区要低。急性缺氧似乎导致ACE活性下降而慢性缺氧不影响其活性。
In this paper, the changes of ACE in healthy people, mountain patients and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in Xining and Tuotuohe were reported. Meanwhile, the changes of ACE in some healthy subjects before and after exercise were also compared. Results: The normal values of ACE in Xining and Tuotuohe were 40.45 ± 11.37u and 34.56 ± 10.18u respectively, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between ACE and normal group (P> 0.05). ACE activity after exercise stress test significantly increased. A case of high altitude pulmonary edema ACE was significantly lower than the normal group. The results suggest that the normal human ACE in high altitude areas is lower than that in plain or low altitude areas. Acute hypoxia appears to result in a decrease in ACE activity and chronic hypoxia does not affect its activity.
