在运用小波分层阈值降噪方法对再制造发动机磨合振动信号进行降噪处理的过程中,结合现有方法,提出了一种新的分层阈值确定方法,通过仿真对比分析,证明了该方法的优越性,得出了适用于再制造发动机磨合振动信号降噪处理的方法。小波时频分析结果证明了该方法的有效性,为下一步磨合振动特征的提取奠定了基础。
In the process of denoising the re-engineered engine running-in vibration signals by using the wavelet hierarchical threshold denoising method, a new method for determining the threshold of stratification is proposed in combination with the existing methods. The simulation results show that this method The superiority of the method is obtained and the method of noise reduction applied to the re-engineered engine running-in vibration signal is obtained. The results of wavelet time-frequency analysis prove the validity of the method, which lays the foundation for the extraction of the vibration character of the running-in process in the next step.
