特发性颅高压(Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension,IIH)是以单纯性颅内压增加为特征,而无脑瘤、脑积水或脑水肿等征象,亦无神经系统局灶体征,最常见的症状是头痛、耳鸣、恶心和视力障碍。除脑脊液(CSF)压力增加外,神经诊断性检查大都正常。有些情况可伴发IIH,尤其是同时应用数种药物,主要是抗生素。作者报告一例股骨炎患者使用氟嗪酸(Ofloxacin)长期治疗后出现IIH。病例男、25岁。近日呈搏动性头痛,恶心、呕吐,左眼视物模糊及颅内鸣声。曾使用氟嗪酸,持续16个月,每日
Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (IIH) is a simple increase in intracranial pressure characterized by no signs of brain tumor, hydrocephalus, or brain edema, and no focal signs of the nervous system. The most common symptoms are Headache, tinnitus, nausea and visual impairment. Except for increased cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) pressure, neurological diagnostic tests are mostly normal. Some cases may be associated with IIH, especially the simultaneous application of several drugs, mainly antibiotics. The authors report the presence of IIH after long-term treatment with Ofloxacin in a patient with femoral osteitis. Case male, 25 years old.
