以五年生红星/山定子、国光/山定子、红富士/山定子、秦冠/山定子、金冠/山定子等品种为材料,在旱地、水浇地条件下的树冠体积比、单株累计产量比及新梢生长量比作为抗旱系数,研究发现,在自然水分渐缺过程中,果树枝条交流电阻变化率与抗旱系数、叶片离体24小时保水力呈负相关关系。试验认为,枝条交流电阻变化率可作为果树抗旱性的一项指标。
The five-year Red Star / Hill statues, Guoguang / Mountain statues, Red Fuji / Mountain statues, Qin Guan / Mountain statues, Golden Delicious / Mountain statues and other varieties as the material, under dry and irrigated conditions canopy volume ratio, Yield ratio and shoot growth ratio as a drought-resistant coefficient, the study found that in the process of natural water deficit, the rate of change of AC resistance of the branches of fruit trees negatively correlated with the drought resistance coefficient and 24-hour water holding capacity of the leaves in vitro. The experiment shows that the rate of change of AC resistance of branches can be used as an index of drought resistance of fruit trees.
