目的:为了早期发现新生儿、婴幼儿听力障碍,寻找适合新生儿、婴幼儿听力筛查的方法。方法:采用畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)对11774例新生儿进行听力筛查,3次监测均为异常者,最后进行脑干诱发电位(ABR)确诊。结果:DPOAE法筛查出阳性75例,ABR24例确诊为听觉障碍,其中,单耳聋9例,双耳聋15例。结论:DPOAE检测是早期发现新生儿、婴幼儿听力障碍的快速、可靠、简便、有效的方法。
OBJECTIVE: To find newborns, infants and young children with hearing impairment in the early stage and to find a suitable hearing screening method for newborns and infants. Methods: 11774 newborn babies underwent hearing screening with Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emission (DPOAE). All three tests were abnormal, and finally the brainstem response potential (ABR) was diagnosed. Results: DPOAE method screened 75 cases of positive, ABR 24 cases diagnosed as hearing impairment, of which 9 cases of single deafness, deafness in 15 cases. Conclusion: DPOAE detection is a fast, reliable, simple and effective method for early detection of neonatal and infant hearing impairment.
