一、认识语文课堂教学中实施小组合作学习作用在《语文课程标准》的基本理念和课程实施建议中,小组合作学习已经成为一个重要的概念。所谓小组合作学习就是以4—6人为一组,将同一班级的学生按成绩、能力、性格诸方面的差异组建成若干个最优化的“同组异质、组间同质”的合作学习小组。其目的就在于促进小组成员之间的互助与合作,并以此作为教学活动的动力。那是因为学生背景不同,经历有异,对事物有不同的看法,而通过小组合作学习,能促使学生有更多的机会暴露自己的想法、自己的学习所得,自觉与不自觉地去选择判断什么是正确的、有效的、最佳的,分享彼此的观点和学习收获。由于小组合作学习突出了“以人为本”的教学思
