疲劳是一种正常生理现象,运动到一定阶段必然出现的一种生理功能变化现象,如果运动性疲劳没有得到及时的恢复而使疲劳累积导致疲劳过度,或者当发生运动性疲劳时没有及时地进行调整,继续保持原有的运动,使疲劳程度加深,导致力竭,这都会使运动性疲劳变成一种病理观象,从而对健康造成不良影响。根据疲劳产生的机理,采用客观的判断方法测试疲劳,运用一些消除运动性疲劳的方法,使机体快速有效地进行超量恢复,达到更高水平的运动能力贮备,是非常的有必要的。物理疗法、心理疗法和营养补充等方法可以有效的消除运动性疲劳。
