目的:评价双能量减影在胸部检查中的应用价值。方法:对30例临床诊断气胸和对26例临床诊断肋骨骨折病例行双能量减影检查,观察病变的显示情况。结果:30例临床诊断气胸,其中29例大、中量气胸标准胸片图像和后处理图像均发现;1例少量气胸标准胸片不能观察,而双能量减影可以发现。26例骨折病例中,25例标准胸片图像和后处理图像均发现;1例双能量减影后可以发现。结论:双能量减影技术能更好地显示胸部病变,比标准胸片具有明显优势。
Objective: To evaluate the value of dual-energy subtraction in chest examination. Methods: Thirty cases of pneumothorax were diagnosed clinically and 26 cases of rib fractures were diagnosed by double energy subtraction. The pathological changes were observed. Results: Thirty cases of pneumothorax were diagnosed clinically. Among them, 29 cases of large and medium pneumothorax standard chest radiographs and postprocessing images were found. One case of small pneumothorax standard radiographs could not be observed, and double energy subtraction could be found. Twenty-six cases of fracture were found in 25 cases of standard chest radiographs and post-processing images, and one case of double-energy subtraction was found. CONCLUSION: Dual-energy subtraction technology can better show the chest lesions and has obvious advantages than the standard chest radiograph.
