工程实践中发现,混凝土结构裂缝大多数为拆模时已经形成,属于施工期间出现的早期裂缝。现就拆模时间不当而产生楼板裂缝的原因进行分析,提出施工现场预防裂缝的一些建议,以供商榷。1拆模时间不当产生裂缝的原因GB 50666—2011《混凝土结构工程施工规范》第4.5.2条规定“底模及支架应在混凝土强度达到设计要求后再拆除;当设计无具体要求时,同条件养护的混凝土立方体试件抗压强度应符合表4.5.2的规定”(表4.5.2略)。
Engineering practice found that most of the cracks in concrete structures have been formed when the demolition, which belongs to the early cracks during construction.
