目的研究确定通脉颗粒带式干燥的最佳工艺条件。方法采用正交试验法和多指标综合评分法,以通脉颗粒干燥后产品中的含水率和干燥速率为考察指标,对影响通脉颗粒真空带式干燥过程的各个因素进行考察。结果通脉颗粒真空带式干燥的最佳工艺条件即履带速度为15 cm/min,进料速度为12 L/h,干燥温度的3个加热区温度分别为80、90、80℃,通脉颗粒浸膏相对密度为1.15(20℃)。结论采用真空带式干燥工艺生产的通脉颗粒,产品含水量低,符合标准要求,且干燥速率快。
Objective To study and determine the best processing conditions of Tongmai pellet drying. Methods Orthogonal test method and multi-index comprehensive score method were adopted to investigate the factors affecting the vacuum belt drying process of Tongmai Granules by taking the moisture content and drying rate of Tongmai Granules as drying products. Results The optimum conditions for vacuum belt drying of Tongmai Granules were as follows: the crawler speed was 15 cm / min, the feed rate was 12 L / h, the drying temperature of the three heating zones were 80, 90 and 80 ℃, The relative density of the particle extract is 1.15 (20 ° C). Conclusions Tongmai granule produced by vacuum belt drying process has low water content, meets the standard requirements and has fast drying rate.
