在室温条件下,本文用小白鼠麻醉,人工呼吸、开胸并用简易的在体心脏微循环直接观察法,观察丹参注射液对心脏微循环的影响。结果提示:正常小白鼠左心室前壁,靠近室间隔处的心肌表层毛细血管中红细胞流速为0.32~0.56mm/sec。腹腔注射丹参注射液后5分钟内即见红细胞流速增快,平均速度从0.45±0.07mm/sec,增加到0.5±0.06mm/sec,P<0.01。注射后10分钟达高峰,平均流速增加到0.53±0.07mm/sec,P<0.001。给药后20分钟,红细胞流速增快仍非常明显,持续30分钟左右。与此同时,微血管口径无明显改变。
Under room temperature conditions, the mice were anesthetized, artificially respired, opened to the chest, and directly observed in the heart microcirculation directly to observe the effect of Danshen injection on cardiac microcirculation. The results suggest that the flow rate of red blood cells in the myocardial superficial capillaries near the ventricular septum in the anterior wall of the left ventricle of normal mice is 0.32-0.56 mm/sec. Within 5 minutes after intraperitoneal injection of Salvia miltiorrhiza, the flow rate of red blood cells increased, and the average velocity increased from 0.45±0.07 mm/sec to 0.5±0.06 mm/sec, P<0.01. The peak was reached 10 minutes after injection and the average flow rate increased to 0.53±0.07 mm/sec, P<0.001. Twenty minutes after administration, the flow rate of red blood cells increased rapidly and persisted for about 30 minutes. At the same time, there was no significant change in the diameter of the microvessels.
