随着大功率晶体管逐步进入微波领域以及整机对晶体管,特别是微波功率器件要求的日益提高,原有的管壳另件已越来越不能满足要求。从六十年代末期开始,国外已投入相当可观的力量从事新型管壳的研制工作,近几年的进展还是比较快的。国内这方面的工作虽然起步较晚,但近几年来,各研究所、大专院校及工厂都已开始了探索工作。从设计、材料到加工工艺等各方面都已取得了可喜的成绩。特别是13所、774厂等单位已经作了大量的工作,从我国实际情况出发,进行了很多试验摸底工作,积累了大量资料,为填补空白、赶超世界先进水平打下了基础。
With the gradual entry of high-power transistors into the field of microwaves and the ever-increasing demand for transistors, especially microwave power devices, the original shell components have become increasingly unsatisfied. Since the late 1960s, foreign countries have invested considerable power in the research and development of new type of shell, and the progress in recent years is still relatively fast. Although the domestic work in this area started late, in recent years, various research institutes, tertiary institutions and factories have started their exploration work. From design, materials to processing technology and other aspects have made gratifying achievements. In particular, 13 and 774 factories and other units have done a great deal of work. Starting from the actual situation in our country, many experiments have been carried out and a large amount of information has been accumulated, laying a solid foundation for filling the gaps and catching up with the world's advanced standards.
