在矿场实践中,用采堵水和调整水的波及状况的凝胶组分通常要经过地面和各种井设备(如泵、油管等)以及地层近井地带数小时剧烈的剪切作用后才会处干静止状态。本文进行了流变性质的测定,目的是研究在比较典型的油田实际条件下,剪切作用对聚丙烯酰胺与铬醋酸盐(三价)成胶过程的影响。凝胶性质包括两方面:胶凝时间和最终的屈服应力,它们分别与泵入时同和凝胶在地层中所能承受的最大压差有关。两种不同的聚丙烯酰胺与铬醋酸盐(三价)配方:一种配方适合堵塞裂缝,由高分子量的聚丙烯酰胺组成;另一种配方适合堵塞基岩中的孔隙,由低分子量的聚丙烯酰胺组成。这些配方过去在油田的实践中一直用于其它特殊场合。本文进行了有矢凝胶溶液粘度、储存模量、屈服应力等参数的一系列实验测定工作,以期实现对凝胶动力学特性和最终强度特性的量化描述。研究结果表明,剪切作用抑制了凝胶的形成,尤其是限制了粘度的增加,此外,本文还进行了长时间剪切作用下凝胶经持续静止恢复后的实验研究,从屈服应力的测量结果来看,两种配方的最终凝胶强度与剪切作用的历史无关。

Two different Polyacrylamide and Chromium Acetate (trivalent) formulations: One formulation is suitable for plugging cracks and consists of high molecular weight polyacrylamide; the other formulation is suitable for plugging pores in bedrock and consists of low molecular weight Polyacrylamide composition. These formulations used to be used in other special occasions in oil field practice. In this paper, a series of experimental measurements of the viscosity, storage modulus, yield stress and other parameters of the solution in solution are carried out in order to achieve the quantitative description of the characteristics of the gel kinetics and the ultimate strength. The results show that the shear inhibition of the formation of the gel, in particular, to limit the increase of viscosity, in addition, the paper also conducted a long period of shear gel static restoring experimental study, from the yield stress measurement As a result, the final gel strength of both formulations was independent of the history of shearing.
