一、“大而全”、“小而次”的生产模式已不适应文化品位的需求二十世纪五十年代以来,在计划经济模式的指引下,上海、北京、苏州等地相继在各自地域范围内,把个体的乐器作坊进行了组织性整合,成立了以厂为单位的、综合各大类民族乐器生产的企业。这种整合,在人力资源集中统一的情况下,为民族乐器各品种的延续和发展取得了阶段性的成果。
