目的了解初中生自我概念的年级与性别特点及其与成就动机的关系。方法采用自我描述问卷(SDQ-Ⅱ)、成就动机量表(AM S)对济宁市1所中学的173名初中生进行测查。结果①初中生的自我概念年级差异不显著(F=1.064,P>0.05),男生自我概念显著高于女生(t=5.275,P<0.01);②不同自我概念水平的初中生,在成就动机上存在显著差异(F=23.354,P<0.01);③除外貌自我外,自我概念的子量表与成就动机的各因素有显著正相关,而且诚实可信、与异性关系等子量表对追求成功的动机、避免失败的动机、成就动机有显著预测性。结论初中生的自我概念有显著的性别差异,初中生自我概念越高,其成就动机也高,诚实可信、与异性的关系等自我认识对成就动机有重要影响。
Objective To understand the grade and gender characteristics of junior middle school students’ self-concept and their relationship with achievement motivation. Methods Self-description Questionnaire (SDQ-Ⅱ) and Achievement and Motivation Scale (AM S) were used to examine 173 middle school students in a middle school in Jining. Results ① There was no significant difference in junior high school students’ self-concept grades (F = 1.064, P> 0.05), boys self-concept was significantly higher than girls (t = 5.275, P <0.01); ② Junior middle school students with different self- (F = 23.354, P <0.01). (3) In addition to the appearance of self, self-concept subscales were significantly and positively correlated with the factors of achievement motivation, and the scores of honesty and credibility and heterosexuality The pursuit of motivation to succeed, to avoid the failure of motivation, achievement motivation is significantly predictive. Conclusions Junior high school students’ self-concept has significant gender differences. The higher self-concept of junior high school students, the higher achievement motivation, self-knowledge and honesty, and heterosexual relationship have important influence on achievement motivation.
