在北京、四川和江苏等地对 Xa2 1转基因杂交稻进行了大田释放实验。分别对转基因纯合的 3个恢复系明恢6 3- X a2 1、盐恢 5 5 9- Xa2 1和 C4 18- X a2 1与各种不育系配组的 2 3个杂交组合进行了抗性和农艺性状分析。在不同的杂合遗传背景下转基因 X a2 1稳定遗传和高效表达 ,所有杂交组合均具有对白叶枯病的广谱抗性。转基因恢复系配制的杂交组合与原组合相比 ,在生育期、株高、着粒数、结实率、千粒重和产量等其它农艺性状上 ,均无明显差异 ,其产量水平与试验当地生产上主要杂交稻对照组合接近或相当 ,因此可以进行扩大规模的大田实验。
Xa21 transgenic hybrid rice was field-released in Beijing, Sichuan and Jiangsu provinces. The three restorer lines Minghui 6 3- X a2 1, Yanhui 5 5 9- Xa 2 1 and C4 18-X a2 1, which were homozygous for transgene, were respectively subjected to 23 hybrid combinations with various sterile lines Resistance and agronomic traits analysis. Transgenic Xa2 1 was stablely inherited and highly expressed in different heterozygous genetic backgrounds, and all the hybrid combinations had broad-spectrum resistance to bacterial blight. Compared with the original combination, the hybrid combinations of transgenic restorer lines showed no significant differences in other agronomic traits such as growth period, plant height, grain number, seed setting rate, 1000-grain weight and yield, and their yield level was significantly different from that of the original combination Combinations of hybrid rice are close to or comparable to each other, so large-scale field experiments are possible.
