建立一种用气相色谱同时测定马拉硫磷和杀螟硫磷的分析方法。使用带氢火焰离子化检测器的气相色谱仪,在HP-5毛细管柱上对试样中的马拉硫磷和杀螟硫磷进行气相色谱分离和测定,马拉硫磷和杀螟硫磷的标准偏差为0.021和0.017,变异系数为0.21%和0.83%,平均添加回收率为99.30%和99.44%,线性相关系数分别为0.999 1和0.998 7。该方法操作简便,精密度和准确度符合定量分析的要求。
A method for the simultaneous determination of malathion and fenitrothion by gas chromatography was established. Gas chromatographic separation and determination of malathion and fenitrothion in samples on a HP-5 capillary column using a gas chromatograph with flame ionization detector, malathion and fenitrothion The standard deviations were 0.021 and 0.017. The coefficients of variation were 0.21% and 0.83%. The average recoveries were 99.30% and 99.44% respectively. The linear correlation coefficients were 0.999 1 and 0.998 7, respectively. The method is simple, precise and accurate to meet the quantitative analysis requirements.
